  1. Welcome to MORNING STAR.  
  2. In order to read the magazine you'll need the following files :
  3. MSTAR.EXE
  4. MSTAR.HLP
  5. [mmmyyyy].MS (in this case OCT1991.MS)

  7. To start reading, type MSTAR OCT1991.MS
  8.  
  9. The bottom line of the display will show you which keys to use
  10. and what they do.

  12. After the initial two screens are displayed, you can get HELP
  13. by pressing [F1] (Function Key 1).

  18. Since this is a newly written program, there may still be
  19. some minor problems.  I've taken a good amount of time to
  20. test MSTAR, but I'm sure I haven't found every "bug" in the
  21. software.  If you find one, please let me know.  See the
  22. MAILING ADDRESS & STAFF LIST for details about how to reach 
  23. the MORNING STAR staff.

  25. A problem exists with the printing feature.  If you try to
  26. print without having a printer attached, online, and ready
  27. for output - DOS will break in and interrupt the program.
  28. This means that you'll have to restart MSTAR.
  29.  
  30. ** Tech Note **
  31. This application was written with Zortech C++ and the CXL 
  32. Graphics Libraries.  If anyone can furnish me with the
  33. correct bdos calls for checking the existence/status for
  34. a printer, I would greatly appreciate it.  [S. Paulovich]
